13th October - 25 Kilometer Saxon Shore Way and the Royal Military Canal

Following the shoreline pre 1246

We does enjoy a good loll around - Brae lolled right into a sheep poo

The sea came all the way up to here until the storm of 1246 silted up the entire of the Cinque Ports - we wasn't around then and we have no imagination - so quite frankly, we don't give a monkeys

Happy faces - dad has got his pie out and Brae snacked on Mozzarella and tomato.

As a special gift, we did an elegant pose on this footpath.

Then we did not quite so elegant pose on the hill-side

LLAMMALPACKKA ALERT

We has got the scent of the famous North Downs Squirrel who is clearly miles from home..

Aww … woods

As it was such a nice day - we let these hoomans tag along - they has all got different coloured hair...….. em………….just sayin.

The space where the map is missing is so secret that it does not exist.

15th July 2017, Ashdown Forest - Buxted - 25 Km.

Our fifth big hike of the year over the Ashdown Forest taking in Fairwarp, Buxted, High Hurstwood and Maresfield

I did find some poo that needed rolling in - it did smell a bit hooman though, so dad threw me into a pond......................................$*@tard

Braes bum

Here is my bum - it looks like we is walking through the Savanah. I telled Brae that there was lions and stuff hiding so he did a frighten and wunned away really fast

A lovely Beech tree avenue through the forest with a serious amount of leaves that we could roly poly in

Brae said he wanted to go to church, but when we got there he said he would rather have a figgy roll.

Orse kissin is one of my favourite fings - Brae is a bit clumsy and does a confuse with orse kissing and orse biting so he rolls in the dirt instead.

I did a giant Arroooooooo to see iffin an echo would come back.... we waited and waited but I fink it cluttered off to Scotland.

ppplllrrrp - that's got that out of my system

We always find the water.. much to dads dismay

The blue line is the one that was followed most frequently, sometimes we lost it a bit

19K Lewes to Mount Caburn to Rodmell - 21st May 2016

Every 6 weeks we do a big walk/wunnin about somewhere in the South East of England

This sign was a long way up the hill - we finked, you have got to be pretty stupid to climb over the fence here - Brae said.. "Can I climb over the fence dad"........erm..........Pretty stupid

Brae collected up a special piece of sheep poop on his neck so he could savour the pong all the way round - dad cleaned it off before we gettid to the pub.

Dad is displaying his shiney teef blowing in the wind

Mount Caburn gets the Harper treatment

We was wunning about in the butty-cups like a couple of girlies.

We did sit outside the Monks House and gettid bored - as you can see, Braes brain has shut down.

Me and Frank wuz tellin everybody to come on an pull finger out.

Looks like some kid drawed this picture, but it is really a photograph....honest

Brae was wunnin about shouting "Ze Germans are Coming" - he does that sometimes............ ................I dunno why..........he just does.                   Berk.

We found a troff fing.

Here is the map iffin you wanna walk it

Hargate Forest and Newhaven - Sun 8th May

It was the hottest day of the the year today - 25 degrees, so
dad took us to the forest to cool off. We gettid so dirty that
dad had to take us 30 miles to the sea to clean us up

First we found a luverly pond to jumpsy in

This is the cleanest water.... ever

Then we found a luverly stream to jumpsy in

I was havin a joke wiv dad about some poo (seemed funny at the time)

Brae had collected some dirt on his underside

We had a quick lay in the sun but it was too hot

So we went and and found the shade of the tall Pines

Brae was pertending that his feet were roller skates

And decided that going down on his back would be more funner

Because we were so dirty, dad said we should go to the sea

Brae is not altogether sure of the sea yet.. he says that there are too many flippin wild animals hiding in the rock pools just waiting to drag him under.

Eventually Brae conquered his fear of underwater pelicans and octy-pussies

I showed Brae how to wade in the sea

The beach did get very big as the tide went out. Good job we wasn't in a boat or we would have been ship wrecked.

The rock pools were great fun to swim in

Even Brae went up to his middle.... eventually

This is a massif view behind me of Newhaven Harbour. You can just make out one of the Seven Sisters.

26K Hike on the North Downs Taking in Wye and Chilham

Saturday 22nd August 2015

Brae had been a good boy and earned his special walking harness - he is not the 'master of disaster' yet but working his way up

Brae did see a fesant, flying fingy that he wanted to eat

It was so hot that we were playing a game called 'who can be the best shadow' Frank did win cos he is .......erm........black

It was a very big hill that we wanted to wun down, but we would have had to wun up again..........so we didn't do that.

We helped pull dad along the grass

Ha.Ha. I did spy some sheepsys trying to hide from me. They were rubbish cos one went baaaaaaaaaaaaa.

We pertended to be a train, It was Braes turn to be the enjin and Franks turn to be the guards van. It was my turn to roll in poop, so I did.

Brae said my face stinked like poop so he wasn't going to talk to me

Frank and Wilson said my face stinked like poop so they were not going to talk to me eever.

I is smiling cos I eated a banana - Wilson is sticking his tung out cos he has got a spot stuck on it.

Me and Brae had a barf in this troff thing. It was full of weeds and water.

We is a 2 headed dog.      arf......arf

We stopped for a swim in the river Stour.

Me, Frank and Wilson telled dirty jokes to eachuvver cos Brae had gone away - (he is too little for them jokes)

This is a rural scene wiv and combine arvester in it. I watched as it gobbled up the rape seed. What a piggy

We was knackered so I had 40 winks - then we went to the pub and I had anuvver 40 winks - Brae cant count yet so he had to stay awake.

This is where we did go - thanks Tony for the colouring-in
